Nick DiPasqua installed 5 ceiling units and a wall unit in the church parsonage.  We have been so pleased with his hard work AND availability.  Twice something seemed not to work, and Nick came right over to give it a look.  Both times, I'm ashamed to admit, it was user error!  But still, he took time to make sure everything was working and walked me through my confusion. I've called on Nick twice and couldn't be happier with his service. My first call was for a commercial walk in freezer that kept failing. The second for a residential heat/hot water issue. Both times seasoned professionals failed at properly diagnosing and/or fixing the issues. Both times Nick had us up and running in no time. Called and left a voicemail about our malfunctioning heating unit. Got a call back within minutes and had the issue resolved within hours. All this given I had never contacted them before as I'm new to the area. Not only was everything repaired quickly, but the repair was explained thoroughly as well. DiPasqua Air LLC service is second to none. When my central air unit stopped working on a 90 degree humid day I called them. They came in 1 hour and repaired the unit. Nick was courtious and replaced a damaged part and had the unit running in no time. I highly recommend them and will certainly call them again for service or if my aging unit needs replacement. Thank you Nick !!!
